Victor, Jamil & team did an excellent job on my Defender. My a/c had stopped working and they diagnosed it and fixed it quickly. They also took care of a recall I didn’t know I had. One of the techs came inside and spoke to me about the repair. Super friendly and efficient. Sandy was wonderful as well when she assisted me with my loaner car. Thank you Land Rover TO Team!!!

Victor was great! I feel comfortable with bringing my vehicle in and working with him on any issues my car may be having. He is clear in what will be done to diagnose issues and to present potential resolutions. So far the car is running better!

Scott has been my service rep for a long time and he is the best. He always calls me to give updates on my car, he is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Scott goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Thousand Oaks Land Rover is the only dealership I go to, even though there is one much closer to where I am located.
