The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to call and verify they had my specific tire before going. They changed my tire quickly and efficiently at an affordable price. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.

Don’t ever take your car here. I brought a FULL BREAKDOWN from my insurance company showing what repairs needed to be done, asked YANI to see what other issues the car has from the accident and submit a SUPPLEMENT to the insurance to see if they approve it and they had my car for TWO WEEKS and i get it back in the SAME EXACT CONDITION I BROUGHT IT IN. YANI screamed at me and pulled my car off to the side and left it there and told me to move it because he isn’t working on it. GREAT SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!!!

Was here to get my axel replaced on my Honda; and my mechanic was Yanni. I felt he was fair with the pricing (within range of what i read on the internet). He was courteous and best of all, open on a Sunday! If you look, there are VERY few auto repair shops on Sundays, post-pandemic. Also, my wait wasn’t horrible...about 2 hrs start to finish. This place is CASH only though. Thankfully , there was a Chase bank a fee stores down from Dunkin Donuts.

When it comes to 'community', these two brothers give true meaning to that. They look out for their customers and always try to be upfront & honest. No problem is too difficult for them- if they have to keep your vehicle until they figure out a solution, that's what they do. I lived in the Ozone Park area and they always make my son and I feel like family. I have come to rely on them for all of my repairs~ they always give good advice, with free consultation. They greet all of their customers with a great big friendly smile. I love that they are humble and this is what makes me go back to them year after year!! My son, Peter & I are very thankful for all that they have done for us! In all of the repair shops in Queens, I would highly recommend D & Y Auto Repair for all of your tire, mechanical, emissions & general vehicle maintenance.
