This place is damaged, I went to inspect my truck and when I saw it seems that they forced the caliper and broke it and they said that the cold damaged it 🤬and I paid 520 dollars today 11/26/2024 and to top it off I have my receipt that yesterday 25 I poured 60 dollars of gas and look, they gave it to me empty 🤬I don't know whether to cry or scream or fight, I'm frustrated oh people that in this time they steal from your face and what do I do???

I got robbed!! They try to justify the high amount but saying $125 an hour for labor and this job almost took five hours to do but this is a job that does not take no more than two hours to complete. They also did an unauthorized oil change when they called me to tell me that the job was complete they informed me that they charged me $100 for the oil change the reason for changing the oil they said it was too much oil in the engine. that may have been true but you don’t do any of the rides work on anyone’s vehicle without asking them first. I should’ve gotten a phone call informing me of the situation and then ask me do I want them to proceed with the oil change. I should have had the option to make that decision. I did not authorize the oil change however I didn’t mind them doing it if they were being honest for the reason why it was done. But it’s OK, it’s their loss. they may have made a little extra cash off of me but long-term they lose out because I will take my business elsewhere.
