Do not take your car here. They take advantage of women. They told me one thing them told my insurance another thing. W they are holding my car until I pay them just for looking at it. They never told me an estimate for the damages. And charging me 50$ a day just to keep it there. But they said it will get broken into at night.

Horrible service!! One of the men here like taking advantage of women who call and are trusting the business to be honest!! The manager on duty definitely was trying to get more money out of the situation. He changed the flat diagnostic price several times based on me telling him the symptoms of my vehicle..hopefully he's found out and realizes he has to run business differently. I don't recommend D & S . For any auto repair!

This shop is awesome. I recommend anybody with car repair needs to visit D&S. I live on the east coast and my parents called me because their car died in Kings Canyon National Park. After my parents and their vehicle arrived, they called me to let me know. They even took my parents to get something to eat because they were hungry. Because my parents had to get back to Los Angeles, the shop stayed open an extra hour to ensure their car was fixed for a drive back home. They are very honest and don't try to sell you anything that's not needed. I'm so glad I found this place for my parents. If you are in the Visalia area and need your car repairs, or if you need it towed somewhere, D&S is the place to go. They are also part of the AAA network so AAA members get a discount.

Lieing cheating over priced and will take their time just to charge you more. When their work fails they will say it's not your fault and not fix it. Stay away far away
