Durans auto body shop is absolutely amazing. My first time ever dealing with ins, collision and all that stuff, but they made it so easy and Informed me of everything. They did an amazing job with the repair! I absolutely recommend them. They get the job done right and within a reasonable time frame. Simply the best! Very nice and kind people to work with. Plus they worked with me and my time. I can’t express how grateful I am for that since I have a commute to Fresno often. My car looks good as new after they returned it! It was a warranty repair from Carvana. They are the shop they are affiliated with here in Visalia for warranty work with SilveRock. I could not be happier with the service and work! I will definitely use in the future should it come up (hopefully no need to)!

Starting this review off the owner and his kids are one of the nicest people I’ve met. I dropped off my work truck with them and they were great with working around our schedule and our complicated insurance policies. When I received my truck, the left break light was not connected (that was the side where the accident happened), my license plate light and trailer lights don’t work anymore and my release latch for my gooseneck was mangled.

A few months ago someone hit my car while it was parked and damaged the doors on the drivers side. Thankfully they left their insurance information. Some family of mine recommended Duran Auto because they had repaired some of their cars. Duran went above and beyond to get my car fixed and dealt with the insurance. Duran was super communicative during the process and let me know what was going on. They did great work and after their repairs, the car looked new!
