My dealing with them didn’t go smoothly at all. From start to end it was just very dysfunctional with how this place is run and operated. On the plus side everyone was easy going and nice. Now the bad. I had called and asked for a part and they said I must prepay for it so it would be ready for pickup on a certain date, but when that date came it wasn’t ready so after a long phone call the manager said he would try to get me bumped up so I could get my part later that day. True to his word the part was ready later that day, so I made the over 1 hour drive much later in the day than originally planned. When I arrived to get my part, it was the wrong one, and after waiting for them to search the entire yard they didn’t have the right one so I asked for a refund. After several days it hadn’t been posted back to my credit card so I started calling trying to get it corrected. But after calling multiple times and talking to different employees about it and leaving my name and number multiple times because “someone would call me back”, no one ever did call me back or take care of this from their end so I had to reach out to my credit card company and they had to get my refund back for me. It took over a month to get my refund and the whole experience was just stressful. Save yourself the headache if your going to deal with these guys and go deal in person and look at something with your own eyes before paying. While I was in the place several people that had paid for things came in and the parts that where supposed to be ready for pickup where not.

MEVER AGAIN!!! Paid for a motor on 8/1/2022 they had 3 in stock when I paid $1700. Fast forward to 23 days later, and no motor! I was told that mine was coming from Ohio and it would be delivered yesterday. Never happened. Came in today to ask for a refund because it’s costing me everyday my car is on the lift at the shop! 5 days I’ve been told it will be here tomorrow and so on and so forth! Than because I said I’d be more than happy to wait until my motor gets here he called the police on me! I’m 5 ft 3 sound like a child ( none threading at all) and I get a cop called on me and my 8 year old daughter. He also refused to let me listen to the motor run!

The lady with no front teeth at the front counter.... horrible horrible horrible. Turns minor customer service issues into a cluster @#$% when I was there last week.. You guy's can't even do store credit that most salvage companies will do for wrong products that were sold wrong by you!!! I understand not doing a refund but not allowing store credit based on her lack of follow through when I asked if you guy's had a particular product for my wife's car over the phone and she said yes and come to find out that it is the wrong part. She just read the sign of no refunds on the phone when I carried today. I just paid $75 to NEVER deal with her or your business again.

Called the place for an alternator three days ago said it was on thd shelf. Come in to get it and nothing. They said they had one it needed to be pulled. I paid for it came back after work nothing. They had me wait for an hour while it was supposedly getting pulled only to tell me they didn't have one! Horrible business wasted my time and money and refunded me an abnormal amount of change as well. A big huge thumbs down to this business.
