Complete Auto & Truck Parts Introduce

Complete Auto & Truck Parts, situated at 3401 Dort Hwy, Flint, MI 48506, USA, operates primarily as a supplier of auto and truck components. While the platform category provided is "Auto Repair Stations," the nature of the business, as inferred from its name and customer reviews, suggests it functions more as an auto parts store, likely specializing in recycled or salvaged parts for both cars and trucks. The presence of towing services, particularly after a car accident, also indicates a connection to the auto salvage industry. This business serves the Flint community by providing parts that might be harder to find new, or at a more economical price point, and also assists with vehicle recovery.

The environment of Complete Auto & Truck Parts, given its likely specialization in salvaged or used parts, would typically be characterized by a large yard or warehouse where vehicles are dismantled and parts are stored. This type of setting is often less like a traditional retail store and more like a salvage yard, where customers might need to navigate through various sections to find the specific parts they require. The term "dirty place" used in one review might refer to the general grittiness often associated with such operations, where parts are removed from damaged vehicles, and the environment may not be as pristine as a new parts retail store. Despite this, a well-organized salvage yard would still have a systematic approach to inventory and part retrieval to assist customers efficiently. There would likely be a front office or counter for sales transactions and potentially for arranging towing services.

Complete Auto & Truck Parts offers a range of services and goods, primarily focusing on auto and truck parts. Given the context of a "car accident" and a towed vehicle, it's highly probable that they deal in used, recycled, or salvaged auto parts. This can include a vast array of components such as engines, transmissions, body panels, doors, lights, interior components, and specialized parts for various makes and models of cars and trucks. Their service of towing cars from accidents indicates they are involved in vehicle recovery, often a prelude to dismantling vehicles for their reusable parts. This service provides a critical function for individuals involved in accidents, offering a swift solution for vehicle removal. The sale of a windshield, even a damaged one, further confirms their role as a supplier of vehicle components. For customers looking for budget-friendly alternatives to new parts, or for older vehicles where new parts are scarce, businesses like Complete Auto & Truck Parts can be invaluable.

One of the key features of Complete Auto & Truck Parts, as highlighted by a positive customer review, is their towing service. The review praises them as a "Great company" that is "Easy to work with and fast to pick up" after a car accident. This indicates an efficient and customer-friendly approach to vehicle recovery, which is a critical service during a stressful time for vehicle owners. The responsiveness and ease of interaction in this aspect of their business are clear strengths.

However, another significant feature that has garnered negative attention is the quality and transparency of their used parts sales, as well as their customer service when issues arise. A highly critical review details a severe problem with a windshield purchased from them. The customer was allegedly sold a windshield with a "SCRATCH" that turned out to be a crack, making it unusable for installation. This indicates a potential issue with accurate product description and quality assurance for their salvaged parts. More concerning is the reported response when the customer attempted to return the item. The staff allegedly "blamed" the customer, denied prior knowledge of the crack, and refused a refund. This suggests a significant deficiency in post-sale customer support, dispute resolution, and overall business ethics. The advice given by the frustrated customer to "take pictures" of any alleged minor damage on parts further underscores a perceived lack of trustworthiness and a need for customers to protect themselves against misrepresentation. The accusation of a "dirty place with dirty people running it" reflects a complete breakdown of trust and satisfaction, suggesting that while they may provide parts, the customer experience can be severely compromised by questionable business practices and poor handling of complaints.

As for promotional information, positive word-of-mouth from satisfied customers, particularly concerning efficient towing services, would be a valuable asset for Complete Auto & Truck Parts. Conversely, negative experiences, especially those involving misrepresentation of product quality and uncooperative returns, can severely damage their reputation and act as strong deterrents for potential customers. For a business dealing in used parts, trust and transparency are paramount. Clear policies on part condition disclosure, return policies, and warranties (if any) would be crucial promotional elements that could build confidence. Without clear and ethical practices, customers will likely seek parts elsewhere, even if it means paying more for new components or dealing with different salvage yards that offer greater assurances. The lack of transparency in the windshield incident, where a "scratch" turned out to be a non-repairable crack and the subsequent refusal to acknowledge responsibility, would significantly undermine any positive promotional efforts and lead to a negative public perception. For Complete Auto & Truck Parts, ensuring consistency in product quality descriptions and providing fair and accessible customer service, particularly for returns and exchanges, would be the most effective long-term promotional strategy to attract and retain clientele in the competitive automotive parts market.

Rude place a bunch of scammers they sold me what was supposed to be a windshield with a "SCRATCH" tried to take it to get it put in at a glass shop they couldn't do it because it wasn't a SCRATCH BUT INDEED A CRACK tried to take it back they blamed me for it mind you they gave me a free fogg light for what they said was a scratch told me exactly where the crack was when I got it then played like they never saw that crack before. make sure if you buy anything from them and they say its a "minor" or a "little scratch "take pictures because it's them against you they are gonna back their own before they give you any amount of money back they won't care dirty place with dirty people running it.

Workers were helpful and nice! Junk yard was clean and orderly. A worker drove me back to the parts car to make sure car parts were of satisfaction before buying. Will use again in the future!
