I have been using this dealership for 2yrs. The staff is courteous and efficient, and Paul is especially personable. He checks to let me know of services need without pressure if I cannot afford to do more at the time. I find prices to be comparable to other repair shops and trust the skill of their Honda mechanics. Although the wait is often an hour or more for an oil change, they inform me before they start, and when I had to leave my car for a recalled A/C, they provided a free shuttle ride. Free coffee and snacks in the waiting room are a nice bonus!

I came in rather frazzled for an oil change, and I had just tore the passenger side rearview mirror off my car rushing out of my garage. John was very helpful and kind and calm down. They did the oil change, no problem and he was very good about getting the part for my mirror as fast as he could by the next day early early afternoon he had the part he called me. I went in and I got it on in just a few minutes. I would recommend your services to anybody and I highly recommend John. He was a very nice man. Very thoughtful, kind, and concerned.

Honda should be very proud of their Curtis Service Center the people are extremely polite and helpful. No matter what question you have they are always able to answer and explain the procedures. I have been going to CRH in Shelton for almost 18 years. The majority of those years I dealt with Mark Orcutt. I was so disappointed when he was no longer working there, service was good, however it just wasn't the same without Mark. I was beyond elated the day I walked into the service department and saw Mark behind the desk. Mark makes a difference. He is so understanding, patient and kind.
