Some businesses may highlight quick turnaround times, competitive pricing, or specialized certifications for their mechanics. However, an objective review of the provided customer feedback offers a critical perspective on their service delivery and customer experience.

Customer feedback is an important aspect of understanding any service-oriented business. The provided reviews for CSRA TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR suggest significant concerns from customers. One customer reported dissatisfaction with a "trailer patch" job, claiming it was completed in 15 minutes but billed for "3h labor + call out fee," which they described as "daylight robbery." This review also mentioned an alleged attempt at "blackmail on a recorded line" when the customer tried to address the billing dispute, where the business allegedly threatened to remove tires as "compensation." The customer strongly advised against using the service.

Another review echoed similar sentiments, labeling the place as "dishonest and a scam." This customer described being advised to replace two tires to match, agreeing to "2 NEW tires," but receiving "2 mismatched tires that were re caps." The customer stated they were charged "$1375 for junk" and were unable to obtain a receipt, with repeated calls going unanswered. This reviewer also expressed strong negative sentiments, calling the company "dishonest, unethical" and suggesting it "should be put out of business," urging others not to "waste your time with them!"

These reviews highlight potential issues with service transparency, billing practices, and the quality of parts or work provided. For potential users in the North Augusta area, this feedback suggests that it would be prudent to exercise caution, seek clear quotes in writing, and thoroughly verify the scope of work and materials used before engaging with CSRA TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR. While all businesses can receive varied feedback, consistent negative themes across multiple reviews warrant careful consideration.

Promotional information, if available, would typically focus on aspects like customer satisfaction, reliable service, or special discounts. However, based on the customer reviews, any promotional claims would need to be evaluated against the reported experiences. In the absence of direct promotional materials, and in light of the critical feedback, users are advised to prioritize due diligence and seek alternative options or additional verification if considering CSRA TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR for their truck and trailer repair needs.

CSRA TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR Customer Reviews

If I could give 0 starts it would fit this service. They are the worst of the worst. Called them for a trailer patch. They went there within an hour, finished the job within 15 minutes, just put glue and patched the hole. And asked for 3h labor + call out fee. for a 15 minutes job. It was a daylight robbery. When I tried to explain it to him he started yelling that he will take his staff back, remove 2 tires as a compensation and leave. A complete blackmail on a recorded line. No matter what, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

This place is dishonest and a scam! DO NOT USE. We called them to replace one tire and was advised to get both replaced so they match. We agreed on having 2 NEW tires installed. He came and put in 2 mismatched tires that were re caps. He then charged us $1375 for junk. We asked for a receipt and he said to call him in the morning. I called several times and got no response. This coward of a man and company is dishonest, unethical and should be put out of business! A zero star company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

Charged me $377.55 to jump my freightliner with battery cables/ was only there for 30 minutes/ feel like that is very steep/ big disappointment/ was at the pilot on Riverwatch Pkwy in Augusta, GA. Will not be scammed again

I run a day cab and a lowboy, coming up 20 and my fan separates from the engine called at 6:45am and they had a tech out to me at the pilot at 7:15am had the fan, shroud, and fan clutch off in no time. They searched GA and SC for new parts and couldn’t find one. Overnighted in parts and they arrived the next morning at 10:30am. His tech even came to the hotel I stayed at and brought me back to my truck. If you’re in this area I’d highly recommended
