My 22 titan battery died after jumping it off it read an engine issue brought to this location and Chase gave excellent customer service he checked my truck to see what the code was. He explained it in detail and made sure that I understood the severity of a problem it could be! He is a valuable employee some others should be more like him! Luckily it was only battery but could have been worse thanks to chase i made sure it got handled right away!! Thanks Chase!!!

So far this location has failed to fill the last five online pickup orders for things that should have been in stock, or don't have anything ready hours after placing the order because they just don't go pull the order or make any effort to tell / call to let you know they don't have what you ordered. Recommendation is to head to the one on Georgia Ave instead, they seem to be the better run location (this one used to be good just a year ago).

Thank you to Chase at the Walnut Lane location in North Augusta. I broke down in front of the store..was able to get into the parking lot and he was extremely nice and helped me with trying to possibly figure out what was wrong. I had to have it towed but he let me wait inside and brought me a chair! Thank you Chase!
