Welcome to CRM, your dedicated auto parts store situated at 15800 Avalon Blvd in Compton, California. As a key supplier within the broader category of Auto Repair Stations, CRM plays a vital role in providing the necessary components and materials that keep vehicles running smoothly and safely. While our primary function is the sale of auto parts, we understand that our services directly support the efforts of local auto repair shops and individual vehicle owners alike. We are committed to offering a comprehensive inventory, efficient service, and a reliable source for all your automotive part needs in the Compton area and beyond.

Based on available information, including feedback from delivery drivers, CRM operates from a warehouse environment. This suggests a focus on efficient storage and distribution of a wide variety of auto parts. While specific details about the interior customer-facing environment are limited, warehouse-style auto parts stores often prioritize accessibility and a broad selection of inventory. Customers visiting CRM can likely expect a well-organized space where parts are readily available, and knowledgeable staff can assist in locating the required items. The mention of loading docks and ample maneuvering room for trucks indicates a facility designed to handle a significant volume of parts, which translates to a potentially extensive inventory for customers.

As an auto parts store, CRM's primary service is the supply of a vast array of automotive components. While a detailed list of specific parts isn't available online, a typical auto parts store like CRM would likely offer:

  • Replacement Parts: This includes essential components for vehicle repair and maintenance, such as batteries, filters (oil, air, fuel, cabin), brakes (pads, rotors, calipers), belts, hoses, water pumps, alternators, starters, spark plugs, and more.
  • Engine Components: Depending on their specialization, CRM might stock various engine parts, ranging from pistons and gaskets to cylinder heads and complete engine assemblies.
  • Transmission Parts: For both automatic and manual transmissions, they may offer filters, fluids, seals, and various internal components.
  • Suspension and Steering Parts: This category includes shocks, struts, springs, tie rod ends, control arms, and other components necessary for a comfortable and controlled ride.
  • Exhaust System Parts: Mufflers, catalytic converters, pipes, and other exhaust components are likely part of their inventory.
  • Electrical Components: Fuses, relays, sensors, switches, and wiring harnesses are essential for a vehicle's electrical system.
  • Lighting and Body Parts: Headlights, taillights, mirrors, bumpers, and other body-related components might also be available.
  • Accessories and Additives: CRM may also stock various automotive accessories, fluids, and additives to enhance vehicle performance or appearance.
  • Tools and Equipment: Depending on their focus, they might also offer a selection of automotive tools and equipment for both professional mechanics and DIY enthusiasts.

Based on the available reviews, CRM exhibits several noteworthy features. The mention of "good place to deliver" and "enough room to back up to docks" highlights the logistical efficiency of their warehouse operations. This suggests a well-organized receiving process, which can contribute to efficient inventory management and ultimately benefit customers through parts availability. The positive feedback regarding the "respectful" and "professional and courteous" receiving staff indicates a positive work environment and a customer-oriented approach, even in interactions with delivery personnel. This professionalism likely extends to interactions with customers visiting the store.

The review also notes that the location is "easy to locate" and has a "big enough area to maneuver truck and trailer." This accessibility is a significant advantage, particularly for auto repair shops and other businesses that may need to pick up larger parts or quantities. The ease of access can save time and streamline the procurement process for these users.

The mention of a "donut shop across" is an interesting, albeit indirect, piece of information about the local environment. While not a feature of CRM itself, it suggests the presence of nearby amenities, which could be convenient for customers or those making deliveries.

Currently, specific promotional information for CRM is not available through the provided data. Turned me away at 3pm on a Friday because I was told they close at 2pm on Fridays apparently it’s only till 430 Mon-Thur. After one gentleman told me they were open and would take the tire.

Easy place to get rid of old no good tires, they are kind of pricey. But if you have a lot of tires cluttering up your garage it is the place to go.
