From drop off to pick up, he was there every step of the way. No matter what or how many questions I had, he always responded super-fast! He went above and beyond with my 4Runner!! I had an irritating accident in the late spring when out of town in Los Angelesâ thankfully nobody was hurt it was merely cosmetic damage to my drivers side door. A woman had driven into it several times in a parking lot and left a significant scratch and dent. AAA put me in touch with Crash Champions, their dedicated body shop. I spoke with Juan, who remained my contact there throughout the whole ordeal. He was proactive, clear and communicative, making the process a lot less stressful. Due to my busy schedule I had to delay the repair by several months so finally handled the issue in January. There was initially some confusion as my claims adjuster had moved up to another dept so we had to reset essentially. Juan however picked everything up from the spring with ease and professionalism. In the end the result was fantastic; my car came out looking better than it did before the accident! They went the extra mile and cleaned up the interior too which i genuinely appreciated. Juan had also expressed that he ensured the car was in top shape before saying it was finished, even tho it took a couple more days than originally anticipated. He and the team have integrity! Though I didnât have to pay for anything bc it was covered (not even a deductible as I wasnât at fault) based on the quote that AAA paid I can say it was solid value for sure. I really appreciated this experience and the professionalism especially from Juan! Thank you!

Very disappointed with this location. They did repairs for a Lease vehicle. Vehicle was hit while parked. After insurance approved the vehicle was ready within a couple weeks. It was a couple months after I picked up the vehicle and notice the paint film was rippled. I called the rep at the shop and left voicemails and emails. No response. I had to have my 15k mile appointment with Toyota and they noticed there was damage on the same side of the vehicle that the one and only accident occurred. They gave me a copy for the paperwork with all their findings. I made an appointment with the collision center to be reviewed. Met with Dennis and he kept saying they would get to the bottom of this. And not to worry. The collision center inspected the vehicle took photos and said they would handle this with the insurance. Dennis kept saying âadditionalâ I told him that itâs not additional, this was not new work. This was items not addressed. They would handle the bumper as well. As it was not sitting flush to the vehicle. I left feeling not heard and frustrated that I was being taken advantage of. Iâm now having a back and forth with my insurance and the collision center.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place from start to finish. The customer service is atrocious, and it felt like no one had a clue what was going on. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and uninformed, and every time I tried to reach out for updates, the managers were never available. When I finally did get in touch with a manager, I was told to waitâand I actually saw him napping in his conference room. Ridiculous. My car was involved in an accident, and after waiting for a month for repairs, it was returned in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The paint was smeared, the gas cap was broken and misaligned, and the wheels were out of alignment. To top it off, the shop accused me of lying about red paint on the rims, which came from the car that hit me. They claimed they weren't informed that my car had been spun around, but there was clear documentation and photos from the accident, showing exactly what happened. I don't know why I should be expected to have detailed knowledge about what broke or what was damaged from the impact. Should I have been conscious enough to point out all the details myself? We ended up bringing the car back three times for further repairs. After the third time, we were told to keep the rental car and that they'd cover the entire cost. Silly enough, we didn't get this in writing. Now, six months later, the Enterprise rental car located inside Crash Champions is charging us over $500 for an extra ten days that the store had promised to cover. They claimed they did more than they promised. Sure, if you consider the fact that our two-year-old Mercedes is practically ruined after the accident and the horrific service at Crash Champions. Why wasnât the case closed after 90 days? Why was I never given a bill for the $500, only to be hit with this charge out of nowhere? To make matters worse, the district manager was no help, even though he was the only one who actually looked into the case and had a real conversation with usâunlike the store manager, who loves his naps and clearly couldn't be bothered with customer concerns. On top of everything, after I brought the car back for further repairs, it sat untouched in the parking lot for 10 days. We live nearby, so we passed by the lot multiple times a day, and it was obvious that nothing was being done. When my husband called to ask what was going on, the staff had no idea where the car was or why nothing had been done. The shop had closed the claim without informing us or the insurance company, making it seem like we had abandoned the vehicle. Overall, I am beyond frustrated with the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Edit: was told to reach out to the company by email but somehow 3 days later no response.

If youâve had an unfortunate car accident, Crash Champions should be your number one choice. Caring, talented, intelligent, nice people work there that will work hard to please. We want our car back to normal. They have the best of everything to make that happen. Eve will take good care of you from start to finish. She will also keep you up to date with your carâs progression. There is no better place to go. I had horrible damage to the front of my 2022 BMW Z4, now back to new. I am thinking better than new.
