My car was taken here for repairs after someone dented my car pretty badly. The body work itself was done very well, and the interior cleaning was nice (although the cleaners they used left a greasy residue on the PPF-coated parts). However, I am very particular about my car's paint, as it is pretty new, and when I received the car, there were swirl marks on every square inch of the car, even in places where they did not do any repairs. Definitely was not there before. Will be calling soon to make it right.

Crash Champions outsourced a battery replacement with a 24 month warranty to a Midas in Arlington Heights. Battery stopped holding charge 16 months in, and now since that Midas no longer carries Interstate Batteries they will not help me with the warranty. I've got to make 2 trips to a distributer and wait 2-3 days in between while interstate charges up and tests the battery. Meanwhile I can't drive the vehicle. Or I can fork over the money for a new battery from someone else.

This is a preferred shop for the insurance carrier I am currently with. I chose a date to drop my car off and was told by my insurance that if there were issues with the appointment date the shop would call me. I went to drop my vehicle off only to be told they didn't have an appointment for me. I then setup an appointment with them directly. I took my car in on a Monday and received the estimate on a Thursday I'm not sure how long it normally takes for an estimate to be prepared. I was told that the parts were ordered and that I would receive a call when my car was ready to be picked up. I was also using their app that offers updates on the progress of your vehicle. It showed that my car was expected to be ready by a certain date but as that date was arriving I still hadn't received a phone call from the shop letting me know the car would be ready. I called and was told that the parts would be arriving that day or the next and that my car would be ready before the end of the week. Well that came and went and my vehicle wasn't ready. I called the shop on a Saturday only to find out that neither the manager or estimator were in the shop to be able to give me an update. I was told that I would get a call on Monday and I waited until it was 4:30 and called the shop. I spoke to Noe and he said he would have to follow up with the vendor for the parts that they were waiting on, when I said that it had been almost a month he responded with we have had cars that have been here longer. Definitely not professional at all. Needless to say they had my car for almost a month. When I did get my vehicle back the repairs were not completed correctly. My hood was misaligned and a bottom part of my car was not put on straight. There was also a popping sound and that wasn't addressed. I called the shop and was told to bring it back. I told them when I would be in and the manager was supposed to be there to look at my car, well he wasn't there. I honestly feel like I was just given the runaround when it came to inquiring about my vehicle and the repairs. They did repair their repairs but I did not bring my car back for the popping sound that was not addressed because I don't have faith in this body shop.

Like most the reviews the communication at Crash Champions in Rolling Meadows, IL is frustrating and awful at best. They had my car 78 days after quoting me 2 weeks. I was told 5 different times it's was in paint and that the same part was in then not then in again. Every Monday my car was scheduled to be done Friday. And every Friday it was to be ready on Monday. I also received 2 text stated the car will be ready tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. Finally Matt the manager took over my car and tried his best to smooth things over. To little 78 days to late. I would highly recommend any other body shop you can find.

Great place! Took my truck in for some body work and paint job, great service, they kept me up to date on the progress of the work! Definitely highly recommend them to anyone in the area or anywhere! I drove an hour to get to them and definitely would again!!
