Crash Champions Collision Repair Rio Bravo

Excellent experience w the staff at this location, especially Drago in Service and Tabitha in the office. Really impressed by customer service skills these two folks showed. They explained everything, and anticipated my needs. I would definitely refer friends and family in ABQ to Crash Champions Rio Bravo!

We got our fender bender fixed here. Our front hood and grill was dented badly. They replaced the whole hood. When we got the car back, there was two spots on the hood that look like the paint bubbled up. We called the place and their manager, Noah, told us to bring it back. He took care of us and gave us premium rental for the inconvenience. We got to drive the Grand Wagooner and was living life like a moviestar for almost a week. There's a lifetime warranty for a year. Now our car looks like it was never in a car accident. The manager, Noah does a great job running this place. Hopefully there will be no more car accidents but if ever there was one again, we want Noah to take care of us again.

I recently visited a Crash Champions off of Rio Bravo and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received. Despite them being exceptionally busy, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to answer my questions and alleviate any concerns I had, regarding some minor repairs I need. The entire experience was a very positive one.
