Crash Champions Collision Repair Mill Run

I was in an accident in mid November and Progressive recommended Crash Champions in Hilliard. Crash Champions made the process very easy and the car was completed and ready for pickup 3 weeks early which was great especially since it was my birthday that day! The car looked great and Amy was very communicative and really made sure I was taken care of. When I initially got the car back I had to re-program all of my windows since I have a Lexus IS250 and the battery was disconnected in order to complete the repairs which was not a big deal and was easily fixed in less than 10 mins. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions in Hilliard if you are ever in need of an autobody shop and want the work done right! Thanks!

Thankfully the bodywork turned out well on my car, unfortunately the unethical business practices that took place when I dropped off my vehicle overshadowed any positive aspects of my experience. I was presented two blank forms to sign at vehicle drop-off, one detailing my financial liability for the repairs, and one documenting the current state of the vehicle. I stated that I would not sign a blank form and requested that both forms be completed before signing. The receptionist replied, “you’re going to be difficult”, which was completely uncalled for. Ultimately the financial liability form was completed before I signed, however the vehicle condition form was only partially completed when I signed with a qualifier. The check engine light was activated when I picked up my vehicle. When I brought this to Amy’s attention, she stated that I acknowledged any existing diagnostic codes for the vehicle, even though the diagnostic scan was not completed prior to my signing of the work order. Hopefully this experience will lead to elimination of unethical business practices at the Mill Run location. I will be petitioning Erie insurance to cease affiliation with this location to prevent anyone else from experiencing these issues.

An amazing job by this team for repairing my car. I was unfortunately t-boned at an intersection & didn’t think this was repairable personally, but when they took a look they were able to fix it in under 2 weeks which was phenomenal! Thank you! They were very communicative throughout the process with phone calls & texts, updating me where my car was at & what they were working on at the time of updates. Jim was also really helpful and letting me know next steps & follow ups. I attached before & after for reference, it looks great. 😊

Regardless if your insurance works with them or not they are the go to service for collision repairs. Randy was absolutely awesome. The level of professionalism was above amazing. Just check out the before and after !
