I'm not going to try talk bad about this place. From what I hear they do a really good job on everything they work on. My only thing is if you have to pay out of pocket they seem to be a little pricier than a lot of places. That may be because of their quality of work and the quality of parts they use. I called for an estimate on my transmission and they guy that took my call was very nice and helpful. He told me it would be pricey and called me right back in under five minutes with a quote. He was right and it was more than I could afford so I had to go somewhere else. But that doesn't mean I would not recommend them. I would definitely give these guys a call if you need work done and see what they have to offer.

We have had Cox Automotive service our vehicles for over ten years; our more extended family has followed our example. During this time, service, quality of work, courtesy and assistance has consistently been outstanding. Appointments for routine maintenance are scrupulously honored and the work performed in a timely manner. Any larger work is performed on time with accurate estimated costs given ahead of the work being performed. Parts that have been purchased have always been - to the best of my knowledge - of very high quality. The office and the workshop are clean, neat and orderly demonstrating the professionalism of all members of the team. I unhesitatingly recommend Cox Automotive to any one needing competent and timely service to their automobiles.
