By far the best experience I’ve had dealing with a body shop. Mr Bernard is very professional and honest. He is efficient and does great work. I’m so grateful to have found them. I recommend all my family and friends here.

Unfortunately, when I took my vehicle here for a leak, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I provided the location of the failure (which another mechanic diagnosed but simply didn’t have the time to fix, plus they are very far from my home) so there didn’t have to be too much diagnosis or searching around, and I was told that was incorrect and I should either let the car go, or take it to the dealer. The other mechanic made room for me after hours and I drove it up there and got the leak fixed quickly and simply, exactly where that mechanic explained needed to be addressed. Though the calls and chats I had at Coulter were extremely friendly, I provided the exact item to be repaired and it was discarded and I was told it was incorrect. It has since been proven to be correct which leads me to believe the shop did not care to do the work on my vehicle for whatever reason. It is a sham because they came well recommended and I probably would’ve paid a premium for the work because of how much I value my car, and because of the shop’s proximity to my home. Disappointed.

I had my car repaired here, and it was excellent. They didn't overcharge me, the service was fast and my car looked like new. Also, I can't forget to add that the customer service was great.

I've been going to Coulter Auto body for my vehicle repairs for over 30 yrs. Recently they repaired my son's fender bender. Bernard Jr. Is very professional and knowledgeable. Coulter's has been in the same community for as long as I can remember and was once ran by the late Bernard Sr. Who is so dearly missed. This Black owned family business has been a staple of Germantown, Philadelphia and has done so much for the community. They treat you like family, handle the insurance company securing your estimate, professional pictures and your rental vehicle setup, supplements etc. can leave your luxury or basic vehicle with the same confidence that it will be repaired and you won't be overcharged or overwhelmed with the process..

I have had 2 really wonderful experiences here! Don't be put off by the lack of signage out front, though! It took me a second to find it and I wasn't sure I was in the correct place. They do wonderful work, are efficient, and honest. I am so fortunate to have found Coulter Auto Repairs.
