They installed and balanced one tire. That said Robert, Alberto and another tech were quite rude. Customers are not there to annoy the staff. Robert tried to convince me that the OEM tires were manufactured in 2023, which is impossible as the car is a 2022. Robert refused to even look at the tire warranty and stated that the manager had to do it, Tina. She was not available and he told me she was at lunch and to come back another time. I did hear a woman’s voice issuing instructions over the PA. I feel that these guys were covering for her. A poor customer experience.

Staff made a mistake, they forgot to put air in my newly installed tire! What else they may have screwed up, that is what I am asking myself. They also forgot to put air the other tires. Disaster! Really disappointed, I thought I was upgrading from Mavis. Think again.

What a delight working with Tina. She is extremely nice and knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond. We came in with a flat, with no appointment and they had our tire in stock and fixed it within 45 mins. Give Tina a raise!!

Good service, good prices. Came in to replace a leaky tire that Mavis plugged TWICE at $25 each time. gave up on Mavis after tire started leaking again for the third time . decided to purchase replacement tire from Costco. After inspecting it the staff said they could fix it. I was skeptical but went with it anyway. Over a year later it still performs well and only cost $12 dollars. I recently hit a nail in another tire. Goodbye Mavis...Going back to Costco for a quick fix was a no brainier!

Tina is was absolutely amazing! She juggled 3 customers with aplomb and got my flat tire taken care of in 20 minutes. Costco is great with warranties if you bought your tires there.
