Absolutely blown away by the service we got from Justino. We were totally stranded on a Sunday (of course), and he not only picked up the call—he literally walked us through step by step what to do and had our car transported from CT to his shop *fast*. He worked on our 12-year-old car and had it running smoother than it has in years— And believe me, we’ve been through our fair share of mechanics this past year and a half. Justino stands out. Super professional, incredibly organized, and just a genuinely solid human being. Highly recommend.

The best! These guys were recommended to me about 7 years ago after I'd been in an accident, was new to town and needed a mechanic. The auto body place recommended M & P and it turned out to be the silver lining in the car accident, because we got a great mechanic out of the incident. Mike and Jose can figure out anything, fix it, are reasonably priced and don't "discover" other issues that need fixing, or tell me it's something outrageously expensive when it's really minor. They, and all their employees, are honest and skilled and I wish more businesses operated this way.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. These guys were amazing. I was in the area looking for a home. (We're moving to NY from another state.) I was about to head home when my brakes suddenly went from working just fine to barely stopping the car at all. I found the nearest repair station and slowly drove (and prayed) the whole way there. Thank heavens, I made it. I thought with out of state plates and no ability to go to any other mechanic I was going to be like prime meat for prey. I felt like a sitting duck. There were a ton of cars there so I figured not only would they take advantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg, I'd, also, be waiting all day long only to be overcharged. Oh, and my phone was dying, too and I had to let people back home know what was going on as they were waiting for me for a specific event. After hearing what was going on with my car, they didn't make me wait a second. The guy who owns the place immediately went out to my car, cleared out what he was in the middle of and got to work on it. (I was shocked. Very pleasantly.) Their office is very tiny, but they were kind and hospitable and pulled out a chair for me to wait on (because, obviously, I wasn't going anywhere). When I asked if there was a free plug, they moved their own things around to make room for my phone charger. (So impressed with what gentlemen they were.) After they took a look at my car, they came and informed me of what they found, then made their recommendations. This was the moment they could have charged me an arm and a leg. Instead, they fixed my car, making it safe for me to drive again, while at the same time, made recommendations of what else my car needed once I had made it home and went to my regular mechanics. Here I was stuck, and these guys could have told me I needed to do all sorts of unnecessary work, but they didn't. At this point, I was both amazed and relieved by their integrity and hard work. The next thing that happened left me amazed at their graciousness, too. When it came time for me to pay, for some reason my card was declined. (Fortunately, I had another card on me so I had no problem paying.) They handled it so kindly and acted like maybe there was something wrong with their machine, rather than it being my card or finances which were at fault. (Later when I got home I found that my card had been rejected because I had been out of state. Thank heavens the other card company hadn't done the same thing.) What could have been an absolutely awful day and awful situation ended on a great note all because of the hard work, honesty and kindness of M & P Auto Repair. Seriously, these guys were great. PS. The day after I got home I took my car into my mechanics to have them look over M & P's recommendations. My mechanics here in Pennsylvania inspected my car and told me that M & P were right and that they had done a great job. I wasn't surprised a bit.

They replace two rear tires for me. I chose the higher quality tire that they have, and they claim the tires are new. 2 days after, I check the tire pressure, the right tire has only 10 psi. It was leaking. I go back and they fixed the tire. 2 weeks later, I find the other one is also leaking! it was just not so obvious so that I didn't notice it leaking in a few days after they replace the tire. They do very poor job. When I went back to them to address the leaking problem, they were very impatient and make me feel very bad. I don't recommend them.

Most courteous, professional mechanics ever! They only repair what is needed, never padding the bill - excellent quality work at a reasonable cost and time. If possible, i would rate at 6 stars out of 5!
