Costco Tire Center

Save yourself time and headache. DO NOT get your tires from this specific Costco location or any kind of maintenance for that matter. Unless you have several hours to spare. Appointments are pointless here. I came and dropped off my car with an appointment for the first time at this location. Went shopping inside as I normally do when I need tire service at Costco. 1 hour later, my car hasn't even been in their garage yet. I hear this poor elderly person saying she's been waiting for several hours. Many others just waiting for their car as well. I should've inquired when I saw there were only 2 people walking around upon my arrival. Most of the garage doors were in a closed position at 2:30pm - with no sound of mechanic tools. Transparency is important to me so I personally would prefer to see each of the car bays opened as in other Costco tire location. In conclusion, I learned that not all Costco tire locations are well managed or as transparent with their work. For those reasons, I'm leaving 1 star. Good luck, 20+ year Executive Costco Member

Adam immediately assisted me and tried to see if my flat can be fixed without a replacement which was awesome. Had to replace it due to nail in tire which they offered me service which was done and completed within an hour! Three other tire places turned me away but these guys came thru. Will be returning here from now on! Keep up the awesome legendary service!!!

So we bought tires here cause they give you 5 year warranty, but there is a catch, if you don't rotate tires every 6,000 miles, the warranty doesn't cover anything. Bunch of crooks. When you buy the tires they dont mention anything about tire rotation. And is not mentioned on the page that you sign. There is a comment on the back page which says something like you have to read owners manual and rotate tired according to bla bla bla. Fyi EV cars get screwed the most.

This team here....I sent my wife over to have them install tires purchased online. Pretty simple, she arrives home that evening with 3 of them basically flat less than 15lbs in each tire. Its a wonder she didn't have a wreck. After checking them out 3 of the 4 valve stems they replaced were leaking air. We aired them up and she went back over there the next day losing another 4 hours of her time. Offered no credit for there mistake and our time lost running back and forth. The Manager told my wife he would buy her a pizza but she doesn't look like the type that eats pizza. Real class act funny guy. I am hopeful they fixed them this time and would be very cautious getting tires installed at this location

Be ready to spend at least 40 min here, they are super slow and just person taking care of all the customers.
