Costco Tire Center

Costco repair center at Inwood, NY 3 guys working on one car, new tire installation, Costco prime focus. I was sent back twice, walk in repair not possible, second attempt 20 min late, I was asked to reschedule and third time, arrived 15 min early but taken in but work started 1.15 min later & took 1.5 hours with one guy out of three on break 3 cars waiting outside. Guys do great job but lots of chatting & no one seems to be in charge. Conclusion: Costco must offer Opt out at the time of installation for free repairs, rotating & balance since they are poorly staffed, very inefficient & harassing customers. What is cheap is not good & what’s good isn’t cheap. You must check for other outlets next time.

I had a appointment for 1 pm and the worker told me to come back in 2 hours it would be ready when I came back in 2 hours they didn’t even touch my car and I wanted 2 more hours for them to take my car and another 1 hour for them to finish checking the tire the workers look like they dont want to work showing attitude to the customers and they are so irresponsible

Really good guys who go out of their way to help you. They're not always punctual but for my it's worth the wait. I'll take some of my time for excellent work any day. Shout out to Neville and Dante for really putting in the time to best resolve a problem. I'll be back for sure.

Worst service ever! I can't imagine costo can provide such a terrible service. I paid for replacing 4 tires on Oct 21, 2023 and still waiting to get replace all my tires after 70 days. During purchase time, they mentioned to replace my tire within 10 days. They told me I will receive a call when tire is at the store. I didn't receive any call or text next 2 weeks. I called them and they said tire didn't come yet and they will let me know. But didn't hear anything from them. After 1 week called again. They said tire is at the store and scheduled an appointment after another 2 weeks. I went but they didn't replace saying the tire lock is not there(even though lock key was there). After another 2 weeks made another appointment. During that time, they can't find my tire at store. After 4 hours they found 3 tires and replaced 3 tires using the same key I had before. I am still waiting for another tire to replace and don't know when it will happen. When I can them to schedule, they don't know whether tire is there or not. Such a poor and horrible management in tire center. They don't even bother to call or say sorry for such poor service. Will never ever use Costco tire center again.

Excellent Service! Best than dealer! They clean the salt stained from the winter, take care everything! Really good service! And costco tire always have good deal!
