The first time, I said I wanted two tires, but they said they couldn't come until 9am the next morning. I did as I was told, and came the next morning at 9am. Men has bald , he said I’m manager. He refused sell for 2 tires. It was emergency situation. When I consulted a long-time mechanic who does not have a tire department, he insisted that the rear tires were not needed to be replaced, even though I had told him that. Is this a good thing? So disappointed.

The tagline of this tire center is "We are at capacity". Save yourself the headache - pay extra and go elsewhere. The staff are highly motivated to drop you from their schedule and enforce a strict 15 minute grace period (+ you must give yourself 15 min to even find parking in the parking lot). Good prices but needs better management. I ended up returning my tires and got the same ones at Big Brand. So much easier.

It's okay customer service. I was a bit disappointed when, after my flat tire was repaired, I later found out they could have balanced all my tires. But only balanced the one. Perhaps the young kid at the front counter should be informed. And offer to share with the customers the services available when having a tire repaired. I'm new and unfamiliar to Costco's Tire Dept.

The staff were incredibly rude, parking was impossible and I fully cancelled and am going to seek a refund rather than continue to waste my time with the staff and their terrible parking lot. Buy tires literally anywhere else, it’s worth it I promise you.

I would like to share my recent experience with purchasing and installing tires at your facility. I recently bought 4 tires and attempted to have them installed at your service center on two separate occasions. The first time I visited for installation, I was told to wait 6 hours or to schedule the next available appointment, which was not until a week later. This was quite inconvenient, but I decided to return at another time. However, during my second visit, I was informed that I was 15 minutes late and now had to wait for three hours. In reality, I arrived on time, but due to the inability to find a parking spot at your location for 30 minutes, I was effectively “late.” This experience was quite disappointing. I hope that the appointment and installation process can be improved in the future to make it more convenient for your customers. And do something with your parking lot! Its always fully packed!

Terrible service and experience. After arriving at 9 am. and being the second client on the list, my vehicle was finished with the tire replacement I needed by 9:51. The problem was that nobody contacted me. I had been sitting for 4.5 hours with no call, no text to advise thar my car was ready for pick up. After complaining to the tire center manager, he stated his mechanic said he sent me a text message. I asked him for a printout proof of the message sent, and he said he didn't have one. I showed him my phone and let him know that no message or call was sent to me. He said they are using a digital way to send messages, and it could have been a glitch. However, no copy or proof was given. No call was made. I have a severe physical disability and waiting for 4.5 hours was painful without my medication. All he said was sorry, and he would take it like a learning experience. I knew the service was going to be trash the day before when they stated they could not locate my order and tried selling me a new tire. After I showed them proof that I had purchased my tires at Costco and needed a tire replacement for a nail, they charged me a prorated amount. The manager the day before was trying to charge me $198, and I said it was too much. He then went on to double check the price, and it turned out to only be $98. If I had not called to check for the status update of my vehicle, I'm afraid I would have been here till closing time 6pm. This place has terrible service with incompetent technicians who can't bother to make a 2 min call to pick up a vehicle. I would hate that anyone would go through this.

I had a good experience here - came for a tire rotation and balance with an appt at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Got my car back at 5:00 pm. People were really nice and helpful :)
