**Avoid This Shop** Terrible business with horrible service and bad attitude / communication. Towed my car there only bc it was across the street from where my car stopped. Shop owner (pictures) didnt even speak when I walked up and gave no acknowledgment of any kind. Dropped it off at 430pm for him to work on the next morning. Then discovered my car had a recall so needed to take it to dealer in the morning instead. Told the shop owner not to work on it & tow truck will be back to pickup the car. Upon tow truck arrival shop owner holds my keys saying I suddenly owe him money for a "convenience fee." I ask why if he never even checked out my car, why didnt he say this until now, and who's "convenience" is this supposedly for? He says "my shop thats how it works." No time to argue so I just paid, only to later discover he had left my car on and completely killed the brand new battery. Such a bad experience without him even working on my car, I can imagine the nightmare of actually having them do so.

Ed was very professional. I asked for full synthetic oil change. Changed it in not time even though he was by himself. Extremely cheap but excellent service!! Will definitely come back again.

This place is not good...on Saturday I had to drive in due to a flat tire on the freeway, being the closest to me. Apparently it was a brand new tire(which it cousted me $115.34). Next morning being Sunday, I get in my car drive off to take my husband to work and when he gets off said; What happened to this tire I thought you said it was brand new?... I said it sure is I have my receipt... I go get air to the closest shop in union. The gentelmen who helped me said this tire is no good, it has a bad leak... I payed an additional $20 to get it sealed. Went back to this shop on brundage and talked to the owner and never imagine what his answer would be... You drove out of here with no problem someone must of mest with your tire... He said you should of checked before driving off. What I can do is check if they give me credit for the tire were I got it from. Or I can purchase a new one but you pay for half of it... This owner has no intension to be responsible for his services so I really don't recommend this tire shop at all.. I only rated one star fo comment but don't even deserve it..
