Cordell’s Automotive always looks out for what’s in my best interest. I’m comforted by the free safety inspections that they offer. That way, I can plan for scheduled repairs rather than having to deal with an unexpected emergency. Also , the free shuttle service, if needed is awesome!

What a terrible experience. My car was having multiple misfires, possible spark plugs or ignition coils. They don’t give an update for a day and a half and when they do they say they are still working on diagnosing and will change the spark plugs. Don’t hear anything for another day and then get a call that the spark plugs didn’t fix the issue and my tech didn’t know what steps to take next so had to talk to a technician at another location. Call me back to say the next step is to look at the cams. I said “no, put my jeep back together.” All they did was change the spark plugs, it didn’t fix the issue, and I was charged just under $1,000. I took it to my dealership and it was diagnosed within 20 minutes with the actual problem ( again, NOT the spark plugs) Will NEVER go to Cordell’s again and you shouldn’t either.

Highly recommend! Staff was super helpful and caring while my car was having parts replaced for a month and had a loaner vehicle for me to use during the entire time. Everything was always well communicated and explained to me and they had everything completed by the times they said they would. Overall a great experience!

I have only been to Cordell’s Automotive twice but both times have been wonderful experiences. The customer service is above and beyond. The prices are lower than all the other Automotive Shops I have been to and they have an awesome rewards program! I would highly recommend taking your vehicles to Cordell’s Automotive on the south side of La Crosse. They take care of you and your vehicle!!

Always a very good experience. I appreciate being reminded of the appointment, updates during the appointment, and the follow up calls or messages. Service staff are always courteous and friendly. The shuttle rides are reliable. They clearly emphasize customer service!
