Customer Reviews

Caliber worked on my vehicle to repair a deer hit. They were plagued by parts availability issues that greatly extended the duration (approximately 6 months) of the repair, I believe Caliber did make good effort, though communication from Caliber was limited during this time, to work around the parts availability issues and get us back on the road. Unfortunately that's where the good stops. When we collected our vehicle there were multiple issues we noticed. The hood was visibly out of alignment, a bent badge was re-sticked, the hood had multiple clearcoat defects, and a paint run on the edge. Caliber did their best to correct these issues, though they are still not factory quality, including sanding and re-clearcoating the hood, but it was disappointing I had to point these issues out. After I collected the vehicle a second time I noticed the steering wheel had been substantially scratched in that every time you make a turn you feel the scars. I contacted Jake and was told this was existing damage and he provided a single picture showing 2 scratches that are unable to be felt as evidence all of the damage was pre-existing. I provided pictures to Jake showing the new damage and was ghosted. I made multiple attempts over multiple weeks, including stopping in, to review this with Jake but he refused to discuss this further with me and never returned my calls. After a few weeks I escalated to my insurance agent and was told "Caliber believes you did the damage with your belt buckle and there is nothing we can do". I'm not sure about you, but my steering wheel doesn't sit on my belt. You can see the original and the new pictures below, the pre-intake image is darker and the post-collection images are warmer in tone. In the post collection images you can see a new scratch intersecting the original 2 small scratches. Caliber never documented the significant scratches on the bottom and side of the steering wheel. Being ghosted by someone you trusted (who collected $15,000 from my insurance) to take care of your vehicle is incredibly disappointing. Edit 11/18/24: Docked a star due to the request to review being only lip service. Engaged on October 10th, didn't receive a reply until November 4th. That reply only stated they would forward the communication to the management team at this Caliber (see screenshot). It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them. I doubt I will hear from them.

Excellent company. Everyone was friendly and professional and handled the repairs well. Andy, the manager, is professional, kept me informed and just did a great job all around, as well as the other employees. They aren't shady and don't do half-assed work like ABRA. Highly recommended.

Recently got into an accident and my door and fender needed to be replaced. They made the repairs super fast, kept me informed on all that was going on, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Friendly, knowledgeable people to work with couldn’t be happier.

They told me they could get my 64 falcon back in shape then they fired the shop manger that said they could do it had it over a month didn't do nothing that they said lost the only set of keys I had an charged 1560 dollars for work that a high school girl could have done! Andy the service manager is a joke! Don't trust these guys!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. My low tire light came on and the gas stations air pumps weren't working. They took it in the bay and aired all 4 tires! Saved me from ruining a rim or being stranded with a flat. Thank you!
