While talking over the phone we had gotten the wrong windshield wiper assembly, called the man who owns the new&used auto parts yard and he went in on his day off, while us was closed and pulled off another windshield wiper assembly and got us the correct one, no extra charge! Best service I have ever experienced! He cared and it was an excellent deal!! If you ever need a part, use this company, because you will get some very nice service and a great deal! Thank you very much for your service on your day off and the part! Because of your kindness and compassion to your customers we now have working windshield wipers! Thank you again!

This is a $1,714.50 bill from Condo's and Sons, Monticello. We reluctantly paid this price gouging bill. Noel Condo "It shouldn't matter anyway if your insurance reimburses you." That is besides the point of you intentionally overcharging MORE than the other honest towing companies in town. over a $1,000 more to travel 14 miles from 300 E. This is ruthless manipulation. This is poor business practices along with the operations. You're unfair, inconsistencies of your financial practices are clear of how you are driven. We never chose you to tow our vehicle from the horrific accident, that was made very clear to the Brookston Marshall on duty that failed to communicate that to the investigating Deputy from WCSD. We will never choose to do business with you. You have so many complaints I do t even know how you are still allowed to be in business. You have stolen from people in unfortunate situations and your dealings are are by cheating them so they can never get what they need back.

Don't recommend to do business with this place at all. If I could give 0 Stars I would. Owner was super rude on the phone. Hung up when I was just trying to pick up my vehicle and pay and wasn't allowed to do so. Business hours say's they close at 5PM on Tuesdays and didn't want to attend me at 4PM. They are just trying to jack up the price with lot fee's.
