Went here for a flat repair yesterday (against my better judgment) since they were the only place open. In true Walmart fashion, it ended up being more of a headache than it was worth. First of all, my appointment was at 10 but the techs weren't paying attention so they didn't even start on it till an hour later. Then they proceeded to tell me that the tire was not repairable. I used to be a tire tech at another shop and knew exactly where the obstruction was so I knew that was not true. Took it to Pomp's today when they opened and low and behold, my tire is now fixed. Moral of the story, these techs are lazy so save yourself the headache and go to a real shop.

If you have a battery installed, the they don't refund your money unless it fails to their superficial test. They refused a return under 30 days, even with documentation of it failing.

Worst ever!!! So-called techs standing around, laughing, talking for 3 hours instead of putting my tires on (I had an appointment)then, after 3 hours...they tell me that the appointment maker didn't pull the tires and my van had rust so they wouldn't put it on the lift! THREE HOURS later!!!!!! Manager was no help either! He couldn't be bothered on his lunch break! I will never ever buy one single thing from Monticello Walmart again!

We went there to have a tire replace that we purchased road hazard for.The manager was like it shows you all declined it.When we showed her that we did purchase it she was like well we can’t honor it.Cause of this reason and that reason.So we are going to the Walmart that re bought the tires from and having them honor it.Why we was standing there was a older guy that was talking about a claim with them.And they must have messed up car cause she said the adjuster would get with him.And she has seen adjuster deny claims he said he just wanted his car fixed and it not to leak.

I would not recommend, a waste of your time and money. I came here in October to get a battery replaced and it took them 5 hours to do it. Two months later, I have a battery that is not keeping a charge. I could've spent the day doing something productive. This place doesn't stand behind their products they sell, go support someone local instead of this greedy corporation.
