All of these problems began immediately after Complete AutoCare’s work, and another mechanic has verified that these issues are due to the rebuild not being done correctly. Despite my patience throughout this process and giving Pat numerous opportunities to make things right, he has repeatedly failed to follow through. He has promised to resolve the issues on multiple occasions, only to ignore my messages and leave me with escalating repair costs. The repeated dishonesty has made this situation even more frustrating, especially since he was paid in full for a job that clearly wasn’t done correctly. I have been more than fair and patient, waiting over a year for a solution to this ongoing problem. I've been calling around for two days trying to find someone to do a simple job on my car. Looked up shops and this one was close to home. Called and was told to bring my car in in 30 minutes. I did and was out in literally 10 minutes. The guy was quick but did quality work. Would highly recommend!

Pat and his shop are very professional and do what they can to take care of a customer. We had a hard time with a warranty company paying for a repair but once he got the parts, he did a great job for us. Highly recommended and will be taking future work there.
