I had my truck break down in Newport, Tennessee, and I was fortunate to come across this incredible shop. Karen and her team went above and beyond to help me. Her son, Allen, who has over 18 years of experience working on cars and trucks since he was 12, personally checked out my truck. He walked me through the diagnostics and clearly explained the problem. His advice to change the cooling tank and other parts was spot-on, and the work they did was truly impressive. The entire team, including Dean and Alan, worked together seamlessly, showing their dedication and expertise. Their teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding performance left me thoroughly impressed. If you're ever in need of truck or car repair, I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service!

Karen, Allen and Team are great. Down to earth family run business that is fair, honest and skilled. It’s apparent right away why the reviews are so good. Just happened to be passing by on my way in town for a family trip in our diesel pusher and had a check/stop engine light issue which required chassis related expertise. They went the distance to fit me in on a Wednesday afternoon and got me back on the road within two hours. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

I was coming with a container load from Savannah Ga, to grove city Ohio. Park to take a break at the Love’s Truck stop to rest, woke up truck wouldn’t start. I went to love’s they couldn’t figure out the problem. I went online to search for a mechanic diesel shop, found commercial truck center. Gave them a call a nice lady name Karen pick up the phone being so nice and honest about there services. Call the wrecker they use to come tow my truck and got it to there shop to get work on and get me going. Even when I arrived at the shop they was truly genuine and also gave me a ride to a hotel for the night to stay. Highly recommend!

Commercial Truck Center came highly recommended. We were looking for an alternative to a dealership that had provided service in the past for our diesel truck. The level of customer service at the dealership had fallen precipitously. They failed on occasion to actually do the work required and were reluctant to answer simple questions. What a HUGE difference at Commercial Truck Center. Folks there are prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. We are very happy to now have a service provider for our truck here in Tennessee that we can trust.

Excellent establishment! From the moment I called with an emergency situation due to a brake issue on my Class A motorhome the owner was so polite, compassionate and professional. They arranged their tremendously busy schedule to help me out. The work was first rate, had parts delivered and the Technician(s) was right on it. They were very professional and explained everything. The cost was very reasonable, couldn't sleep the night before thinking about it but my stress was greatly reduced after they gave me a preliminary quote and final bill was within the estimated quote. I highly recommend this establishment and would certainly take my coach back if in the area. Thank you to the entire team, it's rare to find establishments that actually care about customers!

Chris and his brother is very helpful and knowledgeable about the work they do. They save me time and money with the issue I had with my DEF system last night.
