Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts Introduce

Located at 10981 Montgomery Rd in Cincinnati, OH, Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts operates within the Auto Repair Stations category, providing services and selling parts specifically for Hyundai vehicles. As an authorized service and parts center, they cater to the maintenance and repair needs of Hyundai owners in the local area. The limited customer feedback available online presents a somewhat mixed view of their service, with one review expressing dissatisfaction with customer service and pricing, while another highlights a positive experience with a specific service advisor.

One customer review is critical of Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts, stating a lack of customer service skills and suggesting an alternative service provider, Midas. This review also characterizes their services as overpriced and the staff as "not very nice." This feedback indicates a potential area of concern for some customers regarding the overall customer experience and cost of services at this location. It's important for prospective customers to be aware of this perspective when considering Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts for their automotive needs.

In contrast, another customer shared a positive experience specifically regarding a Bluelink problem with their Hyundai Sonata. They commended the service man, Brindle, for being very helpful in resolving their issue. This positive feedback suggests that there are knowledgeable and helpful individuals within the service team at Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts who are capable of providing effective solutions to specific vehicle problems. It highlights the importance of individual interactions and the potential for competent service in certain situations.

As a dedicated service and parts center for a major automotive brand like Hyundai, Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts likely offers a range of specialized services. These would typically include routine maintenance as recommended by Hyundai, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and scheduled servicing. Additionally, they would handle more complex diagnostics and repairs covered under Hyundai warranties, as well as general automotive repairs for Hyundai vehicles. Their parts department would stock and have access to genuine Hyundai OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, ensuring that any replacements meet the manufacturer's specifications and maintain the integrity of the vehicle.

The environment of a dealership service and parts center like Columbia Hyundai is generally expected to be professional and equipped to handle the specific needs of the brand they represent. Customers might anticipate a service reception area where they can check in their vehicles and discuss their service needs with advisors. There would likely be a waiting area with some amenities for customers whose vehicles are being serviced. The service bays would be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to diagnose and repair Hyundai vehicles efficiently. The parts department would have a counter where customers can inquire about and purchase genuine Hyundai parts.

Key features of Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts would likely include service performed by technicians who are trained and potentially certified to work on Hyundai vehicles. Their use of genuine Hyundai parts ensures compatibility and quality. As an authorized center, they would be equipped to handle warranty work and recall services for Hyundai owners. They would also have access to Hyundai's technical resources and diagnostic tools, which can be crucial for accurately identifying and resolving vehicle issues, particularly those specific to Hyundai models like the Bluelink system mentioned in one of the reviews.

The limited information available does not include any specific promotional offers or discounts from Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts. It is common for dealership service centers to have various promotions on services or parts throughout the year. Local users interested in potential specials should contact Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts directly at (513) 489-2000 or visit their website to inquire about any current offers on maintenance, repairs, or parts. It's always a good idea to ask about any available discounts when scheduling a service appointment or ordering parts.

In conclusion, Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts in Cincinnati, OH, serves as a dedicated center for Hyundai owners seeking maintenance, repairs, and genuine parts. The available customer feedback presents a mixed picture, with a strong negative review regarding customer service and pricing contrasted by a positive experience with a specific service advisor who effectively resolved a technical issue. As an authorized Hyundai service and parts provider, they likely offer specialized expertise and access to genuine OEM parts. However, potential customers may want to consider the reported issues with general customer service and pricing when making their decision. Contacting them directly at (513) 489-2000 for specific inquiries about services, pricing, and any current promotions would be a prudent step for local Hyundai owners in need of automotive assistance. The varied experiences suggest that while expertise in Hyundai vehicles may be present, the overall customer service experience might be inconsistent.

Columbia Hyundai Service & Parts Customer Reviews

They lack every bit of customer service skills that they could have. Would just recommend going to Midas. Overpriced and not very nice

Had to take our sonata in for bluelink problems. The service man, Brindle, was very helpful in getting our problem fixed.

I will not recommend service here for anyone. The service reps are awful. The service agreement for new cars is a joke. No flexibility

i’ve given this location three chances. The first time things were fine although it took twice as long to get an oil change then they told me. The second time they tried to double the charge for the oil change and blamed price changes without telling me prior to the oil change, the third time to replace a bulb. I had one in my car because I was trying to first change it myself. I offered for them to use that and they could just take the price of the bulb off from my service. decided to use it. They used it and still charged me the full price for the bulb and the service call them back. One gentleman was kind and customer service oriented enough to offer me a credit for the next time they come in and instead of a refund which was fine, the last time they allowed me to pull in take my keys and then told me after I got out of my car they could not perform any service on my car because it was already too late And they were taking no more cars for the day. Why would the service door be open? They are not customer service oriented at all, and they will try to charge you and constantly change things that you don’t need. Do not go to this location

I really liked the customer service here, especially Zack at the front desk. He's the kind of guy every service center should have – he comes across as really trustworthy and you can tell he's not trying to scam you. The place is pretty well set up, with shorter wait times than other dealerships I've been to. They have a nice waiting area too, with workstations and outlets, which is super convenient. Plus, you don't even need an appointment to get service here.
