My teenage daughter was in a major vehicle collision and Collver’s attended the scene. The driver was exceptionally compassionate and professional, and insured that her vehicle was not only removed, but that she understood where it was going and what would be happening to it. When we went to collect her personal effects from the car, everyone in the shop was beyond friendly and accommodating. We can’t thank Collver’s enough for their exemplary customer service in making a stressful situation easier, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely disgusted with the service of Keith, supposedly the “boss”. He was scheduled to be at my house for 7am to help move a car for us. He arrived at 7 and my husband told him we just needed a few minutes for the buyer to show up. Keith then began swearing at my husband and giving him complete attitude and decided to leave at 7:03. I made it very clear while scheduling we would pay for his time while he was here. I called him as he was driving away and he picked up and said “too late” and hung up on me. I tried calling back with no answer. Very impatient and VERY rude and does not care about customer service in the slightest. Absolutely do not recommend.
