If I could give a zero star believe me I would. I took my car to Collision Guys in Pontiac to have my car repaired. They kept my car for over 4 months. When I would call to check on my car it has been moved around from one shop to the other and I never understood that.When I finally picked my car up...I told them that my headlight wasn't working. I told them that I had to go away to prison for a few months and they assured me that when I got home they would fix my car properly. Now mind you they have already been paid by my insurance company. When I got home I immediately contacted Jr. He said for me to take my car back to the shop to have it repaired. The guy at the shop kept giving me the run around about my part not coming in...then when the part came in he said it was the wrong part and still to this day I am still waiting for my car to be repaired. I reached back out to Jr but now he isn't answering. The guy at the shop told me that it is nothing he can do that I need to go back through Jr. Now they have changed their name. Talking about new owners. These guys are scammers who don't know what they are doing. I will be reporting them to the BBB. New name or not. *** S/n. My car still isn't fixed. I would NEVER and I do mean NEVER let these guys work on any car. Please don't take your car to them. There is a reason why the name is changed. Name change or not the service is still GARBAGE!!!

JR was very courteous, helpful & the work was quality. There were some misaligned parts, however I supplied the parts & admit the may be differences in parts from trim level to trim level so he did the best he could do. His prices are quite reasonable & he's not afraid to take on job's other shops are afraid of.

If I can put a zero star I would, this Collision Shop is the worst in the whole world. Besides it took the 2 months to repair my car they did the worst job ever, the parts the lift gate the sides were not aligned. And the lift gate wasn't closing all the way the paint job was horrible and rough, apart of this my husband had to fix the lift gate release button it was very dirty and all dust I don't know why, and the remote starter wasn't working as well and when we opened it to see why it's not working it was all dust and paint inside very dirty as well, I don't recommend anyone to go to this shop, they did a horrible job.

Fair $$$$ price, great service......very few places around like this as I drive 30 miles for service. Can't get old school service in my town. "Spend local & save your corner access" wish I was closer but hey its worth the haul.
