I went in to grab replacement bulbs for a brake light and running light. Jay took care of me and was very knowledgeable on cars and helped replace my lights without hesitation, was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Couldn’t recommend this place enough the staff is always great!

I go out of my way to go to another auto parts store. They have been nothing but problematic and very unprofessional. The manager Maria and Destiny are very disrespectful and have no business managing a store. Why is it that every time I use my commercial account there’s an issue at this store, or parts aren’t being ordered that I called and ordered. When I walk into the store I expect to be greeted in a friendly manner. Not ignored! And I also expect someone to know a thing or two about auto parts!!! This place is ridiculous!!!

This is the best Auto Zone! I purchased windshield wipers here, but they ended up being damaged. Maria helped me take them off my car, put new ones on, and was able to do an exchange/refund without the receipt. It was freezing cold, but she was outside helping me until everything was taken care of. I will continue coming here for any auto needs!

I was in store today to exchange a part (I was given the wrong part which unfortunately happens quite often at these stores) and also to purchase some parts using my partners commercial account which has never been an issue but today the woman who helped me was new and may I add very emotional, even saying she was ready to quit and walk out because she couldn’t understand a receipt. The entire situation was very unprofessional but she was under the impression that since the home store was a different store (Perry near giddings rd) that she couldn’t help me but that was not true. She called the Perry store to verify and a man there named Floyd told her I had to go to that store and he would help me. This would have been very inconvenient and unnecessary as well as a waste of my energy and gas. I told them both that I would not be going out of my way and that if she couldn’t help me using the commercial account that I had both the pin and Po number for them I would not be patronizing either store and maybe auto zone as a whole! Needless to say the incompetent employee did not allow me to make the purchases under the commercial account and the guy from the other store (Floyd) even called back to make SURE that she did not help me. I do not understand why these people insisted on being terrible customer service reps but this is an experience I will not soon forget …. Luckily there were much more helpful employees at oreilly auto parts and they gave me the right parts and a discount after I told them about my experience
