As an Auto Repair Station, Collision Bay Inc specializes in collision repair and body work. Customer reviews present contrasting experiences. One review raises concerns about their partnership with ACE Rent A Car, suggesting potential inflation of repair costs for rental car damages. This customer received an estimate of $1775.88 for a minor dent and possible scratch, which they found excessively high compared to independent repair estimates.
On the other hand, another customer reported "excellent and prompt service" with a "seamless process" and good communication throughout the repair. Notably, they mentioned that Collision Bay was able to handle Tesla repairs efficiently, while many other major body shops face delays with this type of vehicle.
Based on these reviews, it is difficult to definitively describe the typical environment or pricing structure of Collision Bay Inc. One customer implies a potentially inflated cost for certain repairs, while the other praises their efficiency and service quality, particularly with Tesla vehicles. The services offered clearly include collision and body repair, and they appear to have experience with high-end vehicles like Teslas.
No specific promotional information is available in the provided reviews. For local users in Las Vegas, NV, Collision Bay Inc offers auto repair services, specializing in collision and body work, and demonstrating efficiency with Tesla repairs. However, potential customers should be aware of the concern raised in one review regarding repair cost estimates, especially when dealing with rental car damage claims. It may be advisable to obtain multiple quotes for repair work to ensure competitive pricing.

Collision Bay Inc Customer Reviews
Collison Bay repairs vehicles for the corrupt company ACE Rent A Car Las Vegas. It appears that a significant part of Ace's business model is to make profits by charging their customers high repair prices for any kind of damage they hope to find on their returned vehicles. Collison Bay should be ashamed of themselves to partner with ACE. I believe Collison Bay is the perfect partner for ACE because they appear to inflate the cost of the repairs they do for ACE. ACE claimed there was a dent and scratch on the car I returned. The dent was really a very slight ding. I don't think there was a scratch, but dirt from using the vehicle in the desert. I have attached pictures that have been provided to me by ACE of the so called dent and scratch. ACE sent me a jaw dropping estimate of $1775.88 from Collison Bay to repair the ding and so-called scratch. I have had a ding on my personal car like the one on the rental car fixed with a paintless dent repair company for less than $200. Before you bring your vehicle to Collision Bay, take a close look at the pictures I attached and decide for yourself if you think a repair for a ding and scratch should cost close to $2,000.

Excellent and prompt service! Seamless process and stayed in touch throughout the process. Most major body shops are very delayed with Teslas. I’m very pleased with the timeframe Collision bay was able to retrieve parts and complete service

Omar was absolutely wonderful; so communicative and helpful throughout the process of getting my car fixed. My car looks absolutely perfect after the repairs and I will 100% always go back to Collision Bay.

Refuse to fix life safety issue they created. I took my truck into them in Nov of 2018 waited 6 months for them to complete the repairs, back right creese from my trailer jackknifing and the back left side panel behind the rear door and bed panel from wrapping a pole. They removed the back bench seat and inside truck belts each side, they lost the metal belt clips on each seat and replaced them with clips that didnt fit in the buckle. i had left my car seats in the truck buckled in place on each side of the truck which they removed in order to remove the back bench to begin the repairs. I finally picked it up and we went to leave on our family vacation on Friday and had picked it up on wed. We hooked the horse trailer threw the kids in and started driving then noticed the kids weren’t buckled in on the back bench, we asked them to buckle up before we hit the i15 and they said they couldn’t get the buckles to work, so i pulled over in disbelief and sure enough it wouldn’t buckle. Lucky for us we left the 4th kid home and we have a 6 door truck with 2 extra seats in the middle row with extra belts and the center buckle in the bench worked fine because the belts attached to the seat so they didn’t have to disassemble that belt its not part of the truck. After rearranging the kids we made it work. I called joey and txt him about the issue as soon as i knew about it. I took it in a wk later after our trip to get it fixed. James started arguing with me about how its not their issue and that buckles were the ones that were on the truck when we brought it in 6 months ago which is impossible because they worked and car seats were latched in 6 months ago. Ive been driving it with no issues on long trips to utah, arizona and california with no seatbelt issues ever. So instead of just fixing the issue they created they have denied and continue to argue with me how its not there issue. I am not a bodyshop and cannot fix the seatbelt issue by-myself but they are taking a hard stance on a life safety issue putting my family at risk and making 2 seats unusable. James continues to argue with me instead of just fixing the issue and making it right. And omar got involved and also took a hard stance how its not their problem. I will have a really hard time taking any of my vehicles back to these low class idgits non professionals that put customer service last and profits first. The fact the truck was in there for 6 months blows my mind. Who takes that long to fix a truck. Seriously 6 months. Then to not want to fix a life safety issue that they created. Seatbelts couldn’t clip in and some how it was my fault putting blame squarely on my shoulders as if i did the work and i put the wrong clips back on are you kidding me. If the seatbelts worked 100% of the time prior to me taking it to these guys then they suddenly dont work after i pick it up then how is this my problem. Grow up low-class collision bay center and take responsibility for your mistakes. I handed them the keys on may 23rd left it with them to fix it by nxt wed. If its not fixed im getting my insurance company involved and then moving up the ladder. They are also supposed to put a child safety lock on the right middle row door like they did on the left middle row door which i already paid them extra todo but they forgot to do both doors, a latch on the tailgate was hanging and somehow my antenna was also missing. they had no problem taking the insurance money and my deductible payment and another $1200 in extras, but they have an issue with making the seatbelts function properly. These guys are low life’s, Omar promised to fix it last Friday and i called today before i flew in and now he’s going back n his word. So I’m escalating it with my insurance company tomorrow. Dont trust these pukes they tell you one then and do another. Like a contractor you hire to do work on your house promise the world and give you subpar work and you have to beg them to come back to finish after you already paid them.

This was a very positive experience getting my car repaired after a terrible accident. They know exactly what they are doing here. Customer service is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Even after they repaired my car they went above and beyond to help me with issues that had nothing to do with the body repair. I can’t say enough good things about the service. I highly recommend this body shop for amazing repairs and excellent color match. Thanks so much for making my car look beautiful again. Best body repair shop and customer service. Excellent communication made the big difference....
