Had damage on my fender/Quarter pannel for my Genesis Coupe and Art took real good care of me. He took care of some small blemishes on my paint and buffed my headlights which had some discoloration for free. I was super happy with the results! I also got my car back a day earlier than quoted which was nice!

I absolutely love this body shop. I have had to pay them a visit twice for body repairs- once where my car was totaled, and they helped push my insurance to total it, which I appreciated so much. They were incredibly helpful and caring throughout that whole process. And the second time my car was able to be repaired, and they did a freaking bang up job. Matched my paint perfectly, the absolute attention to detail was incredible. They even took the time to fix the scratches on my tire rims. There were a couple minor issues we found after we received the car back, like a door button not working properly, and the window being out of the track a bit, and they fixed both issues no problem, and they did it right away. I recommend them to everyone, and will continue to be a customer myself as long as I’m in Vegas. And by the way, a couple reviews on Yelp mention the office manager in a negative way, and I have to point out that Christina is incredibly kind and willing to help however she can. She goes above and beyond in her job, and it is customer service that we rarely see in Vegas. Anyone who got on her bad side must’ve deserved it. She’s amazing and those reviews are wrong. Bring your car here, it’s in great hands.

Ms. Christine and Christina are amazing, as well as all of the staff. They had my car fixed and in better condition sooner than I expected. They are all very friendly, professional, and clean! I recommend this business to anyone in need of auto repairs.

When I got rear-ended on I-15 in Las Vegas in my brand new Toyota "Camay" I didn't want to take my car to just "any" shop. The Toyota dealership recommended 1st Vegas so I assumed they would do a decent job. My accident involved filing an insurance claim against the person who hit me. The insurance company hired an accident recon to inspect my car to determine the magnitude of the accident because I was claiming injuries. This inspection was scheduled to take place at 1st Vegas and they took my rear bumper off so a fair inspection and evaluation could take place. I was assured and trusted I was in good hands and knew I wouldn't be taken advantage of. 1st Vegas knew exactly what to do and how to deal with the inspection. I did end up at 1st Vegas again because someone hit my car in a parking lot while my car was unoccupied. They left the scene and I had to deal with my own insurance company to cover this loss. 1st Vegas took great care of me. They looked at the repair estimate from my insurance company and actually pointed out to them that my bumper and grill could not be "repaired" as indicated in their estimate, but that my bumper and grill had to be "replaced". They are very professional, are well experienced in dealing with insurance companies and are equally trusted by insurance companies, which you want in a repair shop. MAJOR BONUS: If you have a repair you need and you don't have insurance or don't want to file a claim with insurance, they will take that into consideration and work with you on the cost of repair. They really care about "people" and their clients and although I hope I don't ever have to go back and see them again, in the event that I do, I will be excited to go!!!
