This is BEST towing experience I have had in years. I called twice via triple A. The second time I specifically requested college towing and Oscar the driver. Oscar is a true professional, expert of his craft, very kind and both times got to my location expeditiously. I also spoke with Kate who was so kind, professional , just outstanding. Excellent service, first time ever using college towing through a triple A call and was assigned Jose.. He was extremely professional and helpful with getting my truck loaded up and delivered to my destination. He even offered advice on what to do in the future if I ever find myself in a similar situation. Thank you again

If you're lucky enough to have Oscar as your technician, you're in good hands. We've crossed paths 3 times now. He has seen me at my worst, most frustrated self (not proud). He always has a smile and a best wishes/good luck for me. Plus, man can he maneuver that flatbed. Kudos to Oscar!!!

I'm a professional CDL truck driver that works for a company, anytime I need services my boss calls and pays for it over the phone, mind you now this is allowed anywhere throughout the United States, I called College Towing only for a battery jump, which they charged my boss's card 1st($120), then the driver called me to cancel- stating that he can't jump me unless he charges extra because it's a semi truck and he stayed he didn't know how to do the job, then got an attitude with me and told me to go find another place, my boss has been on the phone arguing with them all morning and they refused to give back the refund.......... What a great business, a complete disgrace, and lazy and incompetent drivers!!!🤦🤦😡😡🖕🖕🖕

Beware Scheduled this company to pick up my vehicle . Backed out at literally 2 minutes before my supposed pick up for a tow. Very disappointed!
