I had Coleman and Sons do an axle on my BMW a couple months back. the bellow broke open a few weeks ago and when I tried to take it back to get it warrantied I was essentially told to kick rocks, Ed stated that it failed due to my car being lowered. When I asked why the 3 other older axles have yet to fail, his excuse was that the aftermarket axle he installed was of significantly worse quality than the OEM ones I have installed on the other corners and if I wanted an OEM one I should‘ve asked. A sorry and greedy excuse to not do the right thing, $500 for an axle that only lasted 3 months.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hands down best mechanic DO NOT go anywhere else!!!! Ed and team are truly amazing, straight forward, honest and good at what they do.

I'm am very sad to say I am a VERY Dissatisfied, distraught and Disgusted customer. I Will Not Recommend anyone see him for repairs. I trusted Ed Coleman after having heard good And bad reviews. Have had him do other work and consults with only good results. This time was Waaaay different. Went to him asking for an brake, rotor and wheel bearing Inspection and oil change. I had previously been told $70 for the oil change .No problem. The Inspection Specifics I wanted done were printed clearly. Several fluids were marked as low, by an oil change place, the day before . that place would Not check the Brake fluid. But said it looked low from Outside the container. They recommended that I see a mechanic to check the brakes and rotors. So I went to Colemans. I expected to pay for the oil change and inspection for between $100-$170. When I contacted Ed, he informed me that he had REPLACED the brakes. The bill would be $450!! Plus $70 for the oil change=$520!!! I was SHOCKED!!! I had NOT ever received a Call asking if I wanted this service!!! As far as I know, that Call Before repairs is the Law!! I Did Not have bad brakes. The brakes did not malfunction. I told him that. When getting my vehicle back, I asked "Ed, when was it I asked for my brakes to be replaced?" His reply"the first time we talked about it." I informed him I had asked for an inspection and only an oil change .I had Not told him I needed a replacement. He gave me my key and said no charge. Great. He didn't charge me for something he didn't Ask if he should do. He DID NOT give me the Receipt!! And stomped away. As if I was at fault. Then I went to his shop to pay for the oil change and get the receipt for my records. I felt that was the right thing to do. His son could find no receipt. He said he'd talk to Ed and have him give me a call. No call. When I tried again for the receipt for my records, and pay for oil change . I was Refused. Told that it was a Gift. And NOW, Less than 200 miles later, there is a very noticeable Grinding sound and vibration. And I have NO RECEIPT! As proof to WHAT the work was inspected or replaced: parts, fluids, etc... that were performed on my vehicle. I told Brian that. He said "we won't do any further work because it seems you don't trust us. So, suffice it to say, there were many more details within these interactions, including dishonest remarks, from both men, I've not included. and I have to go find Another ?honest? Mechanic. Horse and buggy!! Where are you??? Lol

They are absolutely the BEST! Called 5 mins before they closed and they were able to get me in the next business day did a huge job on my car and still had it done by the end of the day. Came in to pick my car up asked if they could look at our truck and they were able to have it fixed a few hours later. They do great work and are really nice. Definitely bringing my vehicles here from now on.

Ed Coleman and the guys here are dang good. They are honest, straight forward, and fair. I had 2 different people throw in the towel trying to find what was wrong with my vehicle and they found and fixed the issue in a day or 2. They earned a forever customer with me and my husband and we've had lots of work done from them in the last year. Best and most trustworthy shop I've ever taken my vehicle to. We won't go anywhere else!
