I took my new Mazda for service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I waited while they did the work. I was offered a car wash too. They worked quickly and I was on my way in no time.

This is my experience with the salesman names ***BRUCE***. DO NOT come here unless you to want to get cheated and lied to. Horrible business practices. I will never come here again and neither will the business that I own, which would have bought multiple vehicles here. I will never buy a car here and I will be telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY from this place. I would give it 0 starts if I could. End rant

got a follow up email asking for a review. Schedule a 6:30 am oil change and dropped my car off the night before. When I called and scheduled I said can you please note that I am using 1 of 2 of my free maintence oil changes....she said she did. When I dropped the car off I wrote on the envelope the same thing, using 1 of 2 free oil changes (most places ask you to present a coupon or discount before going). Finnally I got a call at 1:30pm to say my car was done. Not sure how an oil change can take 7 hours? What was the point of scheduling an appointment? Well i finally go to pick up my car and wouldnt you guess, they wanted me to pay for the oil change. If thats not an epic red flag of lack of communication im not sure what is. How something be noted twice on an account/order and just be ignored completely. The oil change was fine and they washed my car but I had to sit around for 7 hours just for that.
