TLDR: A great place to buy your car, the worst for service! Do not get your car serviced here - especially if you are a woman. I’m from the South Hills, purchased my car from Mazda Wexford in 2021, and returned for service because the sales folks were so amazing. Unfortunately, I can’t say a single nice thing about the service folks. My new CX30 first registered low oil at 3.5K miles. Service at Cochran Mazda said that was normal … it is not. The problem persisted and at 25K miles, enough was enough - I asked Cochran service to fix the issue covered by my warranty. A technical service bulletin showed my VIN was impacted by bad valve seals. Keith, the manager, told me he couldn’t honor fixing the car under warranty because I hadn’t done the latest oil change at a Mazda dealership. In response, I provided proof of parts receipt and documentation for self maintenance, in line with what’s in the manual. Keith told me he still couldn’t be sure that I used the right oil??? I waited over a week for a reply from Cochran Mazda and all of my calls went unanswered. When I showed up to get my car, the attendant didn’t introduce himself. I asked if he was the person who ignored my calls for over a week and he responded “yeah … no worries.” I was speechless. I contacted national customer service and the case manager suggested that I go to a different dealership … so I did. The second dealership got me in that same day.
