So, my first experience wasn't the best. I bought a bra for my Tiffin Motorhome, and when it arrived, it was completely the wrong size. So I called, sent it back, and got a replacement that was also completely wrong. That's when things got better. I took my Motorhome in, gave them the second wrong bra, and they custom-made a PERFECT bra in a couple of hours. It fits perfectly, and a year later shows zero signs of wear. Then, I had fog lamps installed, which were covered by the bra. So I made arrangements to come by, and in about an hour, they had modified the bra to accommodate the fog lamps AT NO CHARGE. Tremendous service after sale! I definitely recommend.

My husband called last week to find out if we could drive up to Hesperia to look for at covers for our truck. We also were going to check into a cover for motorhome. Drove an hour and a half from Temecula and found out they were closed today once we got there. They never said anything about being closed that day. If it was an unexpected emergency i could understand. We have decided to not get covers from them. Customer service and communication are very important when doing business.

Took our 6 year old tow cover for a new snap that had pulled off and these folks rebuilt our cover to near perfect condition! Warranty work-no charge. Tremendous service, I highly recommend this company!!
