Was asking about cracked windshield to see if it was covered under our extended warranty. Talked to a lady in the service department that was very nice and informative, however it did not cover windshields. Oh well didn't hurt to call and ask. We had just bought a new Highlander there from Coad about 2 months ago. I have NOTHING bad to say. The whole staff are so kind and top notch. If you are looking for a new car check out Coad. Talk to Mike Kirn, he is a very great guy. I tell everyone about Coad Toyota of Cape Girardeau.

Place is a rip off. I turned them over to the state attorney general's office over bait and switch fraud. They lured me in advertising a new Camery Hybrid for one price listed on their website, and then wanted to charge me 3,000 more over the list price. So I bought a 2022 Nissan Altima from Morlan Nissan in Dexter.
