My car has been in the shop since the 25th of July. I have not gotten any calls at all. I had to call Jessica. I have heard nothing since tues the 30th. She said my car would be done by Friday. Here is it sat. I called yesterday and Jessica was with someone. I ask the guy to please have her call me asap I do not have a way to work I need to know what is going on with my car so i can know what to do. I did not get a call. I didn't get a call again today. I called and never got an answer today. I am beyond upset right now. I have emailed and called. This is unexceptable!! I should know something about my car. Jessica said she would keep me up to date. I need my car!

In and out service is fine.... But I have been waiting for a warranty work for 8 months now!!! Everytime I call to check on it I get told they will call me back one guy even told me the part was delivered but they misplaced it🤷‍♂️. Have called to talk to Eric over service multiple times and he never returns calls either.. Not sure who else I need to talk to?
