If youre in need of speedy but excellent body work, paint repair, and more within a best pricing, and excellent customer relations, then this is the shop! Not to sound selly but Classic Collision really was the best experience for me! I was already high stress from being in an accident and seeing the car I just bought 4 months ago look roughed up, but they made it look brand new! A great cleaning job too! Their kindness and patience, made it easier to work through the process, they're communication with me the entire time of servicing was exceptional unlike other places that keep you waiting and guessing and having an attitude when you ask for a check-in. Not once did I need to ask! They always kept me up to date and flexible with my availability. Their thorough explanations and expertise really made the experience seemless, and judging by the work done, they pay exceptional attention to detail. Above all else, the entire process felt stress free and not at all like another corporate mech-giant trying to take your money and rush you out the door with half assed service or belittle you with condescending explanations. These guys are the best! Shout out to Jonathan, Lukas, and the team!

This shop had a very basic repair to do on my bumper and messed it up. The first time they said they were "done" I got it back and my bumper was pink. It's a candy red car. Took it back and they complained "oh we have to take the bumper off and do much more work to fix it right". I expected right the FIRST TIME! 2nd time I got it back, they didn't connect the tail lights so I got a ticket for driving at night. Turns out the tail fuse was missing, half the body clips are missing, tail lights were not even plugged in, the trunk lid liner is gone. Seems like very basic stuff. If they can't do these things right. Why would anyone expect them to do a real repair. Charged my insurance twice for the same repair they screwed up, the first time being the wrong color and the 2nd repair not even connecting things. Guess they stole my clips and trunk liner. Called geico to complain. Hopefully, they don't get used anymore. Total trash!

I picked this place because it was a referred place for Geico. They did a bad job in the beginning which I told them when I got the car back. The office manager told me she would call me back. She Didn't call me back I called and I would get the run around 3 months later I got Geico involved since they were recommended by them , I explained that the job was not satisfactory. And the fender did not align properly, I got a phone call saying to go back on a Tuesday and when I showed up the office manager wasn't there and nobody knew what I was there for, so they wasted my time then finally they realized they'd messed up and replaced the fender. for the record being condescending towards your customers and telling them you can't re-engineer car is not very professional and definitely not what I expect for customer service. I hope they get someone else that's more professional.

Classic Collision is the best. I had no idea what to expect when I had my first accident where I needed my car repaired and they walked me through all of it and took care of things whenever I ran into problems. When I had problems getting through to the other parties insurance they called and got things moving. My insurance was suppose to have taken my car there but it ended up somewhere else. Luke called around and found it and got it moved there. They take all the stress and hassle out of this unpleasant experience. They do great work and do it pretty quickly. I hope I don't ever need a collision repair shop again but if I do they are definitely getting my business.

The manager, Mr. Luke, is very responsible and knowledgeable in fixing cars. My car is VW and well repaired. By the way, my car was damaged by towing company on the roof top such as heavy dents and serious metal scratches. Though it is not collision case, the manager is helping me with following up the case now. My accident was made in Las Vegas while I lives in California. Any foreign states' driver can leave his car at Classic Collision without any stress. I am fully satisfied 110%.
