I came here for almost a year and they were great but I've noticed lately the quality of the job is not the same. I rarely write reviews but the cash register lady pushed my buttons and I couldn't let it fly by. She was very unprofessional and rude. She looked like she hated her job with a passion. I would recommend other places especially since the customer service and management is bad. I would let it slide but even the quality of the cleaning is not the same. Not worth it for the price you pay. They lost a customer for their laziness. The manager didn't even talk to me, too scared to come out of his shell. Stay away from this place!

The Russian old lady with blond hair is so disrespectful. I used to come here but she doesn’t have any manners at all, she cannot even pronounce correct English. She doesn’t smile, does not greet customers, and throw away your credit card And if ever it’s unintentional, she should say sorry. She is on the phone while attending to you, fighting with somebody on the phone, attending her personal business while working and being nasty with customers is unacceptable. Da!

I used to come here all the time. I have not been here in a few years, maybe 2-3 years because I moved out of the area. I came back to a place I don’t even recognize, the quality of the service is horrible and the prices are ridiculous for comparable services else where.
