Very unprofessional establishment. You just want to know the problem you have with your car and how it can be repaired, but instead you have a mechanic telling you how old your car is and assuming things like it has been in an accident when in reality the car might just sit in garage or be a back up vehicle for an emergency. This place has went down hill since the owner retired . If the job is an engine , transmission or diagnosing their only response is to “Get rid of this car”. This is said specifically by the older mechanic Ark When I go to a different location they’re able to resolve my car’s issues without any negative comments and they have a professional attitude.

Professional, knowledgeable and honest Alex saved me alot of money with correct diagnosis that avoided unnecessary repairs. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't try to upsell you. I have tried many mechanics and can say after several experiences with Alex's shop that I am most happy here

You better off going to the dealership. Same stealership scheme. Went to this famous Alex guy who promised to do my brakes - rotors and pads. I had all the parts purchased and provided to him. After he just started to disassemble first wheel he broke one of the caliper bolt. Here comes the drama, he was cursing and all and then he's saying he's not going to do the rest of the brakes no more. He charged me for the labor to have the broken part of the bolt drilled and for a new caliper. Plus he replaced the broken bolt with a longer one which destroyed the new rotor. Had to go back and waste another 2 hours to have him figure out the issue. Stay away. You can have same work done with 2/3 of his price

Have bin going to Alex(Owner) since I was about19-20 years old I had a Mercedes every shop I would walk into was trying to over charge me treat me like a child who didn’t know until I found Alex He’s giving me better prices then other mechanics for 5 years and change always honest, always trying to help you out. In the old saying “I got a Guy for that.” Alex is my guy I’m 25 years old now and I’m happy as could be I got a guy for that
