Dishonest practices. Scheduled a used vehicle inspection for my 2021 Ram 1500 three weeks prior in preparation for purchasing an extended warranty. Was quoted at the time $240 for the work. Fast forward to vehicle drop off day and a different service rep says the manager says the price is “$410”. During the three weeks leading up the appointment I reviewed typical costs for this type of service and the original quote I was given was in line with what was found online — typically $200-240 for this service — so while this was on the high end it was still acceptable. What’s not is the quoting bait and switch. This is the last time I’ll use this dealer, which I’ve used exclusively for regular service and maintenance for all of my vehicles since 2012. Disappointing. Update (10/31): Stopped by Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram the following day, presented the same inspection sheet to them, asked how much ($179.99), and they said they could perform the inspection the following week. That appointment happened was this morning. Inspection was completed quicker than the 90 minutes they told me when I booked it and total cost was exactly what they told me a week ago. Painless, easy, and no bait-and-switch tactics!

Awful experience. New Compass had a check engine light. Called on a Wednesday, was given an appointment for first thing Friday. I show up and was told they wouldn't get to it until Monday by my advisor Juan. So I call and email both my advisor directly and the service center General line. I never get an answer Monday - Wednesday and they don't even have voicemail for you to leave a message. I show up on Wednesday to see what is going on and it turns out my vehicle has been ready for pickup since Monday morning! When were they planning on telling me that? I had to miss work for 3 days for no reason. I won't be back.

Let the buyer beware... I had a horrible experience. I would have preferred to leave zero stars but I had to leave one star to complete the review. I bought a used car from here. It had a broken trim piece that was supposed to be fixed as part of the purchase agreement. I was told the car was ready to be picked up.... only to find that the trim piece was not fixed when I arrived. I was given a "We Owe" certificate... this is their promise to fix the car. I was told to bring the car in for a scheduled appointment about two weeks after purchase. When I arrived, I was told the part wasn't there. The service lead told me that she would be my contact going forward and she wasn't sure why sales told me to bring the car in. After waiting for a couple of weeks to hear from her, I started calling. She wouldn't take my calls, nobody else who could help me answered the phone and nobody returned my messages. After trying for a couple more weeks, I went back to the Sales department. Overall, it took 2.5 months and many calls to Sales and Service. I had to stay on it and keep reminding them and bothering them to make this happen. The finance manager was very rude to me. The service lead never returned my calls. Sales over promised and underdelivered. They are very nice up front, but things sure changed once I paid for the car. HORRIBLE!!!!
