Traveled out of state and coming out of checking in at Hotel, my car wouldn’t start. I had it towed to Cherokee Tire and they were so very kind to me! They replaced the battery, showed me a print out of the test, quickly took care of my car, went above & beyond with service. I highly recommend them!! It’s hard to find honest mechanics.

I was from out of town traveling and picked up a nail in my tire. The employees at Cherokee Tire were amazing! Took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived. 30 min and $35 later, I was back on the road . Thanks guys !

I used to love bringing my car here and have referred family/friends but this place has really gone down…. This is my second or third time bringing my car here where they forgot to put windshield wiper fluid in and I’m not confident they even checked the air filter or anything else! I used to pay 70 dollars for an oil change from them with better service now I pay 91 dollars for half a** service and no windshield wiper fluid.

Outstanding customer service and experience! We had a flat tire and needed it patched. They took us right in and patched the tire for a great, flat price. No extra charges, no sales pitch, just awesome, friendly customer service. Thank you guys so much for making our problem stress free.

This place is incredible. The staff work with exceptional integrity, and had our car up and running fast. The shop leader really seems to take pride in taking care of his customers. We were driving in from out of town and had car trouble. These guys saved our butts and our trip. 10/10 would highly recommend. If I lived in the area, this would be our shop every time.

Yes it was a Tesla model 3 that was towed to a real professional tire repair shop that has a knowledgeable staff well trained on more then just farm vehicles. They repaired the issue and have put on at least 3000 miles since without any issues. Maybe you should have updated training fir your staff.

This place goes above and beyond! We were stranded in Cherokee when our car decided to quit running. Every other place said they might be able to get us in the next week. Paul managed to get it done in a day! If we lived around here, we’d never go anywhere else! Thanks Paul!
