CHEROKEE COUNTY CYCLES Customer Reviews

If I could do zero, I would have. Absolutely do not have your motorcycle anywhere near this place. The owner/only mechanic (I use term very loosely). Is a total buffoon. As well as a liar. So I brought my 2016 Harley Street Glide to this "business " since there is limited service down here in the mountains of North Carolina. What a huge mistake. Simple strut maintenance. Right strut leaking fluid. After a week in the "shop" and no communication, and finally many telephone calls, it was ready. When I went to pick up my bike, the windscreen was absolutely covered in smudges and grease. I over paid $815 for this "fix" but I was just glad to have the bike in my possession, and at the end of the day no less. After getting the bike home I noticed a dent in my front fender where the fairing would've dented it when they took the fairing off to change the strut seals. Of course when I called them on this "we didn't take the fairing off”. Yeah sure. The problem is after bringing the bike home I noticed a puddle of oil on the opposite strut. According to owner Mike, he changed both struts. Yeah sure. Of course Mike the owner said to bring it in and he would fix the error no charge. Almost another week went by and the bike was ready to be picked up. (After many calls). On the way back, my right turn signal fell off! The top acorn nut had vibrated off. The turn signal was barely hanging on from the bottom bolt/acorn nut. Since I was on my way home I finger tightened the remain acorn nuts on both the right and left turn signals. If that wasn't enough, the right strut is leaking again. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is run by a lying amateur who cares not for your bike.”
