Racist!!!!!!!!! extremely unprofessional!!!! The two men who normally run this business are overtly racist and IT SHOWS!!! One is older with an all white beard (the owner) the other is heavy set and sits behind the front desk to the right of their store front. They lie constantly, I've been there 5 times, and have had to call multiple times, because of the rudeness and just pure laziness of these two men. The very first time I was there was okay but awkward they acted in a strange manner, but the part I requested was expensive, so they awkwardly took my money doing their best to avoid any contact.(I definitely noticed but really needed the part and they got it a bit quicker than previous locations I called) However things went from awkward to worse when I brought the core back. They tried to tell me they couldn't take it because of the manufacturer rules, but when I called the manufacturer, they stated they had no issue or restrictions, and it wasn't until I confirmed this was I able to get my money back. (They pretended they didn't know, no such restrictions applied) Afterwards, I called a few times for other parts, and the unwillingness to even search for the parts I asked for was completely deplorable as far as customer service goes. The fact that I repeatedly didn't received the call backs I was suposed to, regarding a part I previously inquired about In person the day of the first mishap is unacceptable. I was told to leave my number and I would get a call back later that day or in the morning, that time never came and even after checking back twice I got nothing. Ultimately having the owner flat out lie and say " we are only wholesale",( I've purchased individual parts there before) then tell me, "Look buddy we don't want your kind of business here!" was the last straw so im leaving this review to share my experiences, when I last called regarding a different part nobody even attempted to look up the parts I asked for while on the phone with an inquiry, This was extremely frustrating, The larger guy at the front desk literally said "I never heard of it" and dismissed me with out a single bit of research into what I was inquiring about, like he would know every single part in every vehicle that has been ever manufacturered. When I asked why neither of the individuals attempted to look up the part to order it, I was told it was because they have to get to their "real customers." The person who recommended me however, ( who does not look like me), had no issue getting them to research a part as well as offer to order it ,even still he says that these guys are usually friendly to him. Right then is when I started to realize why. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH RACISM PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!
