They say their drivers are like family and then turn around and have them falsify their logs or they are fired if they say no and refuse to at least that is what happened to my husband. He refused and they let him go because he wasn't a "team player" not caring that if DOT pulls him over he would lose his CDL. I am proud of my husband for making the right decision but it put us in quite a rut financially. I was totally satisfied with the service that they gave me and their cost was very competitive. They could have soaked me for much more money because I was in a tight spot, but they treated me great! Got stranded in Maddisonville with my box truck. Chris and Ashely took great care of me, not only my truck but also myself. They took me to a hotel picked me up and dropped me off. Ashley even booked my hotel for me.They worked on my truck pretty fast and made sure not to overcharge my boss. Overall they did a great job on the truck. I very much recommend them if your ever stuck in Maddisonville or just in KY.
